He’s president of Resident360, a multifamily Internet marketing company providing extra profitable apartment websites and lead generation services. He first started marketing on the Internet back in 2000, creating website products for ABC, NBC, CBS and FOX local TV stations. He brings his 13 years experience of building multi-media campaigns on television and the Internet to the multifamily industry. Josh has perfected a blend of Internet marketing combined with direct response triggers that give multifamily clients outstanding results.
