Bob Hoffman's Body Building Foods order blank, featuring descriptions of products, included. A collection of two booklets discussing various weight training regimens using various barbells and equipment by the York Barbell Company. Written by Bob Hoffman, owner of the company. Hoffman was a noted fitness and exercise promoter, founding several magazines devoted to the subject, and serving as a coach for the US Olympic weightlifting team from 1936 to 1968. GOOD condition. Front cover of course 1 and 2 with the letters inked in in black marker. Rear cover of same book with the perhaps humorous marker inscription "The barbell for dumboes [sic] like" with the name of a person below.
