Tem numeração em letra coeva manuscrita, por folha, de 207 a 209, no canto superior esquerdo. Com uma gralha na paginação da última folha, em que repete o número 5. Noticia sobre a ocorrência de um abalo sísmico, que durou oito minutos e que, entre outras, destruiu também parte da cidade de Tunes. Constantina (em árabe: ???????, Qusan??nah, também transcrito como Qasentina) é uma cidade argelina, capital da província homónima, do leste do país e a terceira cidade mais importante da Argélia, após Argel e Oran.
