Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Fu Lee Wang is a lecturer in the Department of Computer Science at the City University of Hong Kong. He received a BEng in computer engineering and MPhil in computer science from the University of Hong Kong, an MBA from Imperial College London, and his PhD in information systems from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. His research interests include information retrieval, information systems, and e-learning. He is a member of ACM and IEEE. He has published about 50 articles in journals and proceedings of international conferences including the Journal of the American Society for Information Science and Technology (JASIST), Decision Support Systems (DSS), Information Processing Letters, IW3C, SIGIR, and more. Reggie Kwan is the professor and president of Caritas Institute of Higher Education. Before joining Caritas to build a Catholic university in Hong Kong, he was the head of computing and mathematics at the Open University of Hong Kong. Prior to that, he was a professor and chair of computer science at Montana Tech of the University of Montana (from the mid-80s to late 90s). He has published six books and over 55 papers in the area of e-learning.
