Rev. Betty Ochieng’, a Master’s of Science (Msc.) graduate from the University of Leicester, UK, has grown through trials and triumphs. She was once a tea-girl/cleaner but is now a renowned HR Director and CEO, having worked with Multi-National, International NGOs, and a US Government agency.

She is an advisor to the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, has served in private sector boards as a Non-Executive Director and is the founding President of Insights Africa Group Ltd, later renamed Inspired Insights Africa Ltd. Betty is also the founder of Thrive Africa Tv, Zadock Star International Foundation and The Women of Valor (WoV) Movement.
