Neuware - When it comes to organizational transformation, the Department of Defense (DoD) faces many of the same challenges that confront today's large corporations. Consequently, the DoD can benefit from establishing a strong relationship with Corporate America in order to improve its business operations. This paper summarizes the ideas from a Secretary of Defense Corporate Fellow who spent the past year immersed with industry looking at advanced technology and best practices/lessons learned that could be implemented to transform the DoD over the next decades.
