Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

David Carroll is an assistant professor in the elementary education department at Western Washington University.Helen Featherstone is associate professor of teacher education at Michigan State University, where her primary research and instructional interests are in teaching prospective elementary school teachers intellectually ambitious approaches to math instruction and in helping experienced elementary teachers to think together about math and math teaching.Joseph Featherstone is a professor of teacher education at MSU. He has taught at Harvard University and served for many years as an editor of the New Republic.Sharon Feiman-Nemser is the Mandel Professor of Jewish Education at Brandeis University and the founding director of the Mandel Center for Studies in Jewish Education.Dirck Roosevelt, who earned his PhD at Michigan State University, is an associate professor and director of the master of arts in teaching program at Brandeis University.
