Written by German modernist architects Heinz and Bodo Rasch, "Wie bauen ?" (How to Build?) is a monograph on the construction and furnishing of the Weißenhofsiedlung, one of the most significant architectural exhibitions of the 20th century. Held in Stuttgart in 1927, the exhibition brought together for the first time some of the most influential and progressive European designers from the early decades of the century. The central feature of the event was a development of 21 domestic buildings located on the Weißenhof hillside overlooking the city, which was visited by over 500,000 people during the summer of 1927.
