Gannett's name is misspelled here. The elaborate designs are printed in black and red. With original limitation page in facsimile stating "One" of 90 copies, including signatures of William Herman Winslow and Frank Lloyd Wright. Facsimile reprint of the 1896 edition, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright and originally printed by hand during the Winter months of of the year eighteen hundred ninety six and seven at the Auvergne Press in River Forest by William Herman Winslow and Frank Lloyd Wright. The so-called Winslow House was built in 189394 and for Wright it was the very first commission as an independent architect. It is said to anticipate what became known as Wright's Prairie Houses. Binding with very light scuffing at hinges and tail of spine. Light staining at lower foredge corner of front cover with traces running up along front foredge. Interior in fine condition.
