Braemar is located on the River Dee in the Scottish Highlands near Balmoral Castle and is now also known as Royal Deeside since 1848 following a visit by Queen Victoria to the region. The London and North Eastern Railway operated train services from 1923-1948. Published by the London & North Eastern Railway. Printed by Vincent Brooks, Day & Son, London.
