One of the first collective Fluxus anthologies, that compiled a first sampling of Fluxus scores, photodocumentation of performances, advertisements of Fluxus products, the dictionary definition of Fluxus. Also includes the list of editorial board consisting of representatives of the international Fluxus factions, and the list of 9 planned Fluxus year-boxes to be produced in the future, of which only one was produced in this format. On the verso of the scroll a note in red ball-point pen by Ben Vautier: 'This is Fluxus Archaeology', signed 'Ben" and dated '92 by the artist below. Ben was with a friend who showed this scroll to him complaining of its bad condition. Ben Vautier signed his name on the back and added a statement, appropriating the publication and making it into a Fluxus statement itself. Condition: age tone to paper, some very slight detachment of the component parts of the scroll along the glue lines. The first page with the title of the cross has some ruffling to edges, two 3cm closed tears, one 1cm closed tear, and two further closed tear less than 1 cm. The base of the scroll - some minor chipping to the edges and a thin line of sellotape at the base. Small internal closed tear (around 5mm) at the base. Overall VG.
