This research stud…ies the job satisfaction-to-turnover intention relationship of AF IS workers through extensions to the Mobley et al. (1979) turnover model by assessing the effects of work exhaustion (Moore, 2000), interrole conflict (Hom and Kinicki, 2001), and perceived cohesion (Bollen and Hoyle, 1990) to determine if those with high work exhaustion, high interrole conflict, and low perceived cohesion report lower satisfaction and higher turnover intention than those with low work exhaustion, low interrole conflict, and high perceived cohesion.

The edges of the covers are slightly soiled and the head o…f the spine is very lightly chipped. 150 & [2] consecutively numbered pages. These 6 issues are each illustrated with full-page color cover illustrations, numerous textual and full-page monochrome illustrations and a total of 9 tipped-in color plates, including works by Dan Smith, L.F. Conry, H.B. Eddy, Rollin Kirby, J. Stuart Blackton, T.C. Viall, and E.F. Foley, among others. The front hinge is cracked and the corners of a couple of the tipped-in plates are creased. Very good. As early as 1896, a group of Greenwich Village artists, poets and other artistic and literary personalities were meeting weekly at Maria Del Prato's Italian restaurant on MacDougal Street. The group, which became known as The Pleaides Club, included Paul Du Chaillu, Mark Twain, Stephen Crane, William Garrison, Clara Louise Kellogg and other luminaries among its early members. As it grew and needed larger quarters, the group first moved to the Black Cat then to the Hungaria, eventually settling in at the Hotel Brevoort in 1906. Any working art critic inevitably acquires an extensive knowledge of this genre of printed ephemera. Heralding gallery and museum shows, invitations flood the mailbox, crowd the desk and all too often accumulate so intractably on the kitchen counter as to seem part of the decor. You can't live with them, and until the show is over, you can't throw them out. Still, life without such art-world byproducts would be a lot more difficult. Not only do they convey the important facts -- the who, when and where -- of shows that need to be seen. They're also advertisements bent on seducing us into attendance by being clever, eye-catching or provocative -- although sometimes they nip interest in the bud. (There's probably no art lover with mailing-list credentials who hasn't held up some gallery announcement and said, "Forget it!") Invitations are style statements in a minor key, ancillary artworks of a collective sort. Designed by artists, by graphic designers, by art dealers and museum curators -- usually a combination of the above -- they are the advance guard for the real thing. Discusses, among other things, Weiners' thoughts on how *Collier's* published his coverage of the Montgomery Bus Boycott: "The M…ontgomery pictures were used to illustrate something quite out of context. My point was to show the great forces struggling here in one area. And I had felt it had great historical importance. What happened was that the pictures were used out of context, and the whole idea was dissipated." The interview was first aired on television as part of a series produced by WGBH Boston, with a grant from The Fund for the Republic. An uncommon little document; *OCLC* seems to locate no copies.
