There is an Introduction by Nash Buckingham and the book was illustrated by Ralph L. Boyer. This small leather-bound hard cover book (6 ¼ x 9 ½ inches, 216 pages) was published by the Derrydale Press, dated 1991 and is one of a limited edition of 2500. The book is bound in maroon leather with gilt framing and decorations on the cover and gilt titles on the spineThe endpapers are decorated with a purple marble pattern and the pages edges are full gilt.
