Written by Josephine Terry, a British cookery expert who was the wartime cookery expert for The Daily Mirror and later hosted a British cooking advice television show which aired from 1946 to 1947 on the BBC called Josephine Terry's Kitchen. As each episode was aired live they no longer exist, methods to record live television did not exist until late 1947, and were used very rarely by the BBC until around 19531955. With an essay by Rose Simmonds, a British food writer. Decorations by Joy Batchelor, an English animator, director, screenwriter, and producer. In the original full cloth binding.
