As a matter of fact French immigration into Argentina was at its highest in the years covered by this periodical. The French were the 3rd largest group of immigrants, after the Italians and the Spaniards. French culture (especially architecture) had a great influence on the city of Buenos Aires; named by many the Paris of South-America. The periodical is very rare. There are only 3 entries in the OCLC catalogue. The BN in Paris , with the largest run of this item, lacks all issues after nr. 36. ( it existed until at least issue 48). .
