The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of HR best practices on teacher commitment in public secondary schools in Keiyo Sub County. The specific HR practices that the research focused on were extensive training, information sharing, high pay contingent on performance and team working in relation to various indicators of teacher commitment in schools.
