Hierfür soll zuerst ein Überblick über die Felder 'Innovation Education' und 'stressbedingte Krankheitsbilder' gegeben werden. Die Fragestellung lautet: 'Wie kann Innovation Education zur Ausbildung von künftigen Fachkräften auf dem internationalen Arbeitsmarkt beitragen und zugleich Krankheitsbilder, die zum Ausscheiden führen, beeinflussen ' Anschließend werden Modelle und Konzepte vorgestellt und mögliche Einflüsse auf die Arbeitskraft herausgefiltert.Heutzutage wird in den Medien immer wieder von Arbeits- beziehungsweise Fachkräftemangel berichtet. Aktuelle Forschungsergebnisse zeigen jedoch, dass dies bisher nicht der Fall ist.
