Cloth is lifting at the tail of the spine. Age-toning, some spotting, and a few stains to the boards. Internally, firmly bound. Some offsetting to the verso of the front free-endpaper, and a few handling marks to the pages, which are otherwise clean throughout. Good. book.

Light foxing to white paper covered cardboard leaves, otherwise interior is clean and unmarked. Binding sound, although front joint is a bit soft. You can't live with them, and until the show is over, you can't throw them out. Still, life without such art-world byproducts would be a lot more difficult. Not only do they convey the important facts -- the who, when and where -- of shows that need to be seen. They're also advertisements bent on seducing us into attendance by being clever, eye-catching or provocative -- although sometimes they nip interest in the bud. In publisher's quarter tan cloth with tan paper-covered boards. Titles and clock illustration printed in colour to upper board. With rare original dust-jacket, mirroring upper board. Very light wear to upper fore-edges. Jacket heavily browned, as expected, with some significant chipping to edges, especially upper rear cover edge and the top and bottom edges of the spine, which feature some larger losses. Very good indeed; arguably a near-fine copy considering the rarity of the jacket.
