In the publisher's original quarter cloth with paper covered boards. Externally, bumping to the extremities and significant bumping to the head and tail of the spine. Cloth is lifting at the tail of the spine. Age-toning, some spotting, and a few stains to the boards. Internally, firmly bound. Some offsetting to the verso of the front free-endpaper, and a few handling marks to the pages, which are otherwise clean throughout. Good. book.

In publisher's quarter tan cloth with tan paper-covered boards. Titles and clock illustration printed in colour to upper board. With rare original dust-jacket, mirroring upper board. Very light wear to upper fore-edges. Jacket heavily browned, as expected, with some significant chipping to edges, especially upper rear cover edge and the top and bottom edges of the spine, which feature some larger losses. Very good indeed; arguably a near-fine copy considering the rarity of the jacket.
