With recipes including lemon omelette souffle, stuffed peaches, lobster thermidor, boeuf bourguignon and duchesse potatoes.The High Protein Diet and Cookery Book by Theodora Fitzgibbon and Michael Hemans (1959) - With a list of foods allowed and not allowed in the proposed diet, as well as a series of debunked fallacies about slimming. Fitzgibbon was an Irish cookery writer, model and actress.Cooking Afloat by Molly Graham (1963) - A unique guide to cooking on the water, with hints on galley equipment and entertaining afloat.
