These included caviare, lobster, chilled consommé, stuffed duck, cold chicken and three desserts all washed down with vodka, sherry, Montrachet 1916, Chambertin 1915, Krug, Chateau d'Yquem 1906, Croft's 1904 and Courvoisier 1811. Tacoma was incorporated on November 12, 1875, following its selection in 1873 as the western terminus of the Northern Pacific Railroad.- Frederick Gordon Plummer (1864 - 1913) was an American surveyor, engineer, and geographer. Plummer completed the first comprehensive survey and mapping of the Mount Rainier Forest Reserve in 1899. The following year he published a report that included detailed descriptions of the forest types and conditions, fire history, hydrology, and grazing in the area that would become Gifford Pinchot National Fores.
