In the original full cloth binding with gilt. Externally, sound with rubbing and minor bumping to the extremities. Light fading to the spine and the odd small mark to the boards. Small splits in the cloth to the head and tail of the spine. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright with light scattered spotting, predominantly to the first and last few pages.
