Leaf 5/6 of first part mounted and seriously stained (not interfering with legability). Thie book is incomplete and not in good condition. We preserved it and offer it for sale here because it is an interesting and rare evidence of the strong humanistic tradition in 17th c. Vienna. The catalogue describes elaborately; with illustrations; the Greek and Oriental manuscripts in the Imperial library in Vienna. Our copy contains the three parts as mentioned above; the missing Greek parts deal with Philogy and History. Provenance: with 19th c. rubberstamp of a Belgian religious institute.
