Although clearly a member of the firm, the identity of the writer is unclear, the descriptions of Cadell… & Davies material at the Huntingdon and Yale not yielding any information. See Image.

[Lawless adds] "Madam | I am afraid th…ese are bad, but I believe it is only when it was shot" [whatever that means]. Lawless earned an obituary in the Annual Register.
