Hierfür soll zuerst ein Überblick über die Felder 'Innovation Education' und 'stressbedingte Krankheitsbilder' gegeben werden. Die Fragestellung lautet: 'Wie kann Innovation Education zur Ausbildung von künftigen Fachkräften auf dem internationalen Arbeitsmarkt beitragen und zugleich Krankheitsbilder, die zum Ausscheiden führen, beeinflussen ' Anschließend werden Modelle und Konzepte vorgestellt und mögliche Einflüsse auf die Arbeitskraft herausgefiltert.Heutzutage wird in den Medien immer wieder von Arbeits- beziehungsweise Fachkräftemangel berichtet. Aktuelle Forschungsergebnisse zeigen jedoch, dass dies bisher nicht der Fall ist. Dennoch führen dynamische Prozesse der Wirtschaft, so wie die demographische Entwicklung, langfristig betrachtet in Richtung einer Angebotsknappheit von Fachkräften, vor allem im hochqualifizierten Bereich. Ursachen hierfür sind neben der sinkenden Geburtenrate und Überalterung der Bevölkerung, sowie fehlenden Einrichtungen zur Kinderbetreuung, vor allem die fehlende Nutzung von noch offenen Potentialen seitens Fachkräften sowie die Kompromissbereitschaft von Betrieben.Um eine Verbesserung seitens der Potentiale von Fachkräften zu erreichen, wird aus volkswirtschaftlicher Sicht zu einer Anhebung des Ausbildungs- und Weiterbildungsangebots geraten, was wiederum die politische Relevanz von Investitionen in diesem Bereich betrifft. Dennoch ist es in einer global vernetzen Welt von großer Bedeutung, nicht nur nationale Standards erfüllen zu können, sondern auch auf dem internationalen Arbeitsmarkt attraktiv zu bleiben. Hierbei stehen nicht nur das fachliche Wissen im Fokus der Betriebe, sondern auch immer stärker die Vermittlung von nichtformalen Kenntnissen und Werten. Die Nachfrage nach innovativen und kreativen Arbeitskräften wächst entsprechend auf den Arbeitsmarkt.
