In all, a nice bright set of this short-lived periodical produced to promote the work of the Dymock poets. Includes the first printing of Rupert Brooke's celebrated 'War Sonnets' in the fourth issue, printed just a few months before his death (in total Brooke contributes sixteen poems across the full run, Drinkwater contributes seven poems and a play, Abercrombie contributes three plays and a poem, and Gibson contributes twelve poems and two verse-plays).

Nicely produced planning study of this county, with excellent illustrations. The area was still predominately rural. Also useful for the City of Oxford's position in the county.
