Out of the 57 patients who presented with joint bleed 38 (67%) had knee joint involvement, 16 (28%) had ankle joint involvement, 13 (22.8%) had wrist involvement, 8 (14%) had elbow involvement and 3 (5.3%) had shoulder joint bleed. Neuware -This is a cross-sectional descriptive study that was designed for estimation of erythropoietin level in CKD patients with iron deficiency anemia during the period of January 2012 to December 2012. Serum concentration of iron and ferritin were measured in all samples to detect iron status. All subjects were taken at the age 18 to 80 years. The result showed that serum concentration of erythropoietin mean value 2.67 mIU/ml (±2.36 SD) which is decreased whereas hemoglobin level was found 8.67gm/dl (±1.39 SD) which is significantly lower than normal people. Serum iron and serum ferritin level also significantly lower (13.78 µg/dl (± 2.58 SD) and 73.35 ng/mL (± 26.81 SD) respectively. In chronic kidney disease patient with iron deficiency anemic patient, there is decrease erythropoietin level as there is an attempt to restore red blood cell production level to normal. This is also seen in reduction of blood flow to the kidney (as in blood loss) and hemoglobinopathies with increased affinity of hemoglobin for oxygen. There were used five types of paper (coated and uncoated ones) in two values of grammage. They were printed using two types of ink-jet machine ¿ with pigment aqueous-based inks and UV-curable inks. Before the production, these two machines were calibrated. On papers was printed special test: ANSI IT8/7.3 color chart with 928 control patches. The spectral reflectance of all patches was measured using SpectroScan (Gretag Macbeth) and colorimetric properties: illuminant D50 and standard color observer, angle 2º. After defining physicochemical and mechanical parameters, micro- and macrostructure of papers characterized by the highest colorimetric space volumes, new papers were chosen and their gamut volumes were estimated. The highest gamut volumes characterized offset prints made in UV machines ¿ they were similar to the ones of prints made on papers suitable for digital technique. As a result water logging and raising groundwater tables are serious problems for the agricultural productivity. In combination with the high salinization of the irrigation water, this leads to a widespread soil salinization. Intensive irrigation, saline water resources, shallow groundwater tables and high evaporation rates lead to the enrichment of salts in the top soils and reduced soil productivity.
