Sie geht der Frage nach, warum sich in den dort präsentierten Kunststücken Elemente des Unheimlichen, verstanden nach Sigmund Freud, auffinden lassen.In diesem Sinne ist die Seminararbeit in drei Hauptabschnitte gegliedert: Zunächst soll Freuds Konzept des Unheimlichen definiert und analysiert werden. Danach werden einige Kunststücke der Ausstellung exemplarisch genauer untersucht und beschrieben. Schließlich soll die Fragestellung beantwortet werden, warum Künstler Elemente des Unheimlichen in ihre Kunststücke einfließen lassen.
