Zustand: New. The book is published on the occasion of Turkish contemporary artist Hakan Esmer's first solo show abroad. The exhibition took place at MANK Gallery of Szentendre, Hungary - a prestigious public gallery of Hungarian Human Resources Ministry. The book includes the works by Esmer produced during the artist's residency in Szentendre in 2016 - which Esmer was invited as a guest artist for three months. It indicates Esmer's artistic progress and provides the reader with Esmer's outlook upon the idea of 'scape'. Curated and edited by Turkish art historian Kemal Orta, the book is also accompanied by renowned Hungarian art historian and curators Brigitta Muladi and Emma Zsofia Szabo's texts as well as a foreword by the director of MANK Gallery Janos Hovari.
