Attractive first edition of this outstandingly-illustrated study, with front pastedown bearing the India-inked signature and date ("Feb. 1929") -- so artfully accomplished it appears machine printed! -- of noted New York architect Benjamin Wistar Morris (1870-1944), who created many a well-known NYC structure in the early 20th century. Nice copy of an uncommon title -- and a fine association copy as well!
