He proceeds to list seven individuals, including 'Mr Gladstone', who will contribute to the sixth issue. He continues: 'I defer for the present the consideration of original contributors having had the gems of 60 living poets placed at my disposal - Make it known in Blackburn - & buy a copy at each of the Newsvendors you know If they once get it they will keep it.'
