De architect Hendrik Wijdeveld (1885-1987) was gedurende zijn lange leven ook actief als hoofdredacteur, typograaf , ontwerper van boeken, theaterdecors en -kostuums, meubelen en gebruiksvoorwerpen. Van dit boek heeft hij zelf de boekband (met goudopdruk) en de typografie verzorgd. het boek is clandestien uitgegeven in een oplage van 50 + 950 exemplaren. Dit is een van de 950 "gewone" exemplaren. Afgezien van een verkleuringen aan de randen van voor- en achterplat, is dit boek in goede staat.

Hendricus Theodorus Wijdeveld war ein niederländischer Architekt und Grafikdesigner. Er war eine wichtige Persönlichkeit der Amsterdamer Schule und ist bekannt für seine Arbeit als Chefredakteur der Zeitschrift Wendingen.
