All works are the first edition and bound in the publisher's original cloth. Each edition is also accompanied by its original dust wrapper, the examples to The Adventures of John Wetherell and The Naval War of 1812 being unclipped and the example to Hunting the Bismarck being clipped. The Adventures of John Wetherell is illustrated with seven plates. The Naval War of 1812 features twelve plates, including the frontispiece. Hunting the Bismarck is illustrated with maps in the text. The first two works also feature colour-illustrated endpapers. Collated, complete. Bismarck shows a small chip to the spine and further rubbing to the joints. The Naval War is affected with a more sizeable chip to the top edge. All examples feature the odd mark, The Naval War being subtly more spotted. Internally, firmly bound with the exception of very slight fragility around page 160 of The Naval War.
