The textblock is clean & bright and has no tears, or unwanted markings. The is an hardback with teal blue Good condition cloth covers. There is a flaw which makes it FAIR, rather than GOOD, if not better and that is that the endpapers; in the front and the rear have been torn out. I listed it anyway, as it is so scarce and because it has the "Samuel Weiser Inc." Bookstore label inside: "Weiser Antiquarian Books is the oldest occult bookstore in the United States. It specialises in books on Aleister Crowley and his circle, magic, mysticism, eastern religions and alternative spirituality. Its earlier New York incarnation, The Weiser Bookshop, was described by Leslie A.
