Subsequently donated to the Philadelphia College of Physicians, their "duplicate" stamp on front endpage, but no other library attachments or indications. Several lines on front flyleaf of Physician College sale prices in pen crossed out. Cloth backstrip lightly shelf soiled. Upper corners slightly bumped.
