P- liminaryversionsofthereviewsweremadeavailabletotheauthorsaweekbefore the PC meeting to allow for short (500 words or less) author responses. PC papers had additional reviews and were held at a higher standard. For the rst time this year, TOOLS had a PC meeting which combined in-person discussions and electronic presence. TOOLS owes is success to the e orts of many.
