Part 1. series t.p.+t.p.+viii (inc.t.p.)+601+1 (errata), 144 text figs; series t.p.+t.p.+x (inc.t.p.) +461, 32 text figs; ex-Edinburgh University Library with heraldic labels fr.pastedowns, sm.early oval stamps bottom both t.p.s, sm.2 digit numbers to fr.endpapers, another one ach main t.p. + a label ghost bottom fr. free endpaper, these lib.marks all apparently early and fairly inoffensive, the heraldic labels (with oval cancellation stamp) on pastedowns identify the set as being held in the Psychology Dept. library, internally clean, tight & unmarked otherwise, sl.gutter opening before last leaf Part 2, but remains secure. Gilt-ruled, panelled sp.covers remain very attractive and in generally sound condition, gilt lib.logos top spines, gilt-lettered labels and vol./part numbers; clean, sl.surface scuffing and some edge rubbing (esp.outer edges), fr.joint Part 1 has thin crack but appears to have been internally secured at some point and is now firm. All edges red-sprinkled, lib.stamps bottom edge of text-blocks, but who's going to look there?
