Moderate tanning to pages with heavier foxing and tanning to pastedowns and endpapers. Slight dog-eared pages throughout with pages stuck together to the rear. Boards have heavy rubbing and minor bumping to corners. Fair crushing to spine ends and noticeable sunning to spine.

In its original dust wrapper, worn, chapped at edges with a few closed tears and some mild marks. Offers a series of physical techniques and muscle exercises which, it claims, provide 'a large group of patients permanent relief from this extremely distressing malady'.
