Antero Toikka (born 1954) is a sculptor with a long career, who is known for his environmental artworks in steel, which are often colourful with reduced forms and a geometric appearance. There are some twenty public works of art by Toikka in various parts of Finland. One of his best-known pieces is Kasvukäytävä (Corridor of Growth) on highway 4 leading from Helsinki to Lahti. In Toikka's works of sculpture, art and architecture are combined with the surrounding landscape and give it emphasis.
