This is the Lilleshall Estate sale catalogue for the 1914 sale ( there was a further sale in 1917) a large folio sized format paperback measuring over 14.5 inches tall, the catalogue runs to 118 pages and is illustrated with photographs, Additionally to the catalogue is the separate map folder which contains nine numbered folding coloured maps of varying sizes. Covering Donnington Wood, Donnington, Muxton, Honnington, Cheswell, Brockton, The Hincks, Lubstree Park, St. George's, Pave Lane, etc. The sale catalogue lists 200 lots, the maps cover lots 1-197, the remaining three lots were The Sutherland Arms in Tibberton, a cottage in Cherrington, and a cottage in Kinnersley. I don't know if a map was produced to cover these three lots which are a good few miles apart from each other. If there was a map produced then it is not present The catalogue covers have some mild marks and a small surface abrasion to top edge of the front cover, some mild corner creasing within. The map wallet has some general rubbing wear and light marking, mild creasing to the maps which are all pictured. A GENERALLY NICE EXAMPLE OF THE 1914 ESTATE SALE CATALOGUE WITH THE RARE MAP WALLET PRESENT.
