VIII, 560 pages. The margins of approximately 30 pages have been neatly inscribed with further maxims in old ink, as have the rear endpapers. Fron…t pastedown with a mounted bibliophile bookplate ('Book of Friedr. Sinman'). Overall, a well-preserved and attractive book. -- Originaler Lederband mit reichen Blindprägungen, goldgeprägtem Rückentitel sowie dreiseitigem Goldschnitt. Ecken und Kanten sind beschabt, obereres Kapital ist beschädigt. VIII, 560 Seiten. Auf etwa 30 Seiten wurden die Ränder mit weiteren Sinnsprüchen in alter Tinte sauber beschrieben, ebenso auf den hinteren Vorsätzen. Vorderer Innendeckel mit montiertem bibliophilen ExLibris ('Buch des Friedr. Sinman').
