Content of various kinds inc. stories, poems, essays and reminiscences, Lu Chan (1881-1936) radically changed the writing of Chinese in vernacular. A remarkably good copy, especially given publication date. 13 cm x 20 cm.

Unclipped jacket with landscape painting across full width, brown lettering tofront, black to spine; remarkably good for age but a tiny edge nick slight rubbing to top edge, will add protective sleeve when ordered. A novel about the Communist revolution. Very scarce especially in this condition. An early post-revolution publication. 13 cm x 19 cm.
