Harnam Singh (1899- ) was a retired judge of the Punjab High Court and a Senior Advocate in the Supreme Court of India. He was a member of the Sapru Conciliation Committee of 1945 and occupied an important role in the 1947 deliberations of the Punjab Boundary Commission see Tatla and Talbot 300). Sir S. Radhakrishnan was then the Vice-President of India.
