Created by Tom Mankiewicz, the series starred Robert Urich as former CIA agent Robert Gavilan who now works for the Oceanographic Institute, and occasionally finds himself in need of his espionage skills to help friends and allies. The series premiered on October 26, 1982 and aired for one season of ten episodes, ending on March 18, 1983. In the unproduced episode found here, a group of Mexican children alert Gavilan to a body in a canal with what appears to be stab wounds from an ice pick. Gray titled wrappers.
