James's Square, whereas we have not yet got the King's answer to the Home Secretary's Committee's proposal that a person appointed by the Home Office should be the future Registrar of the Roll of the Baronetage'. Another matter discussed was 'whether the title "Baronet" should be on one's card'. From the papers of Sir Richard Harington, 11th Baronet, who has written at top-right of the title-page: 'Read 15 June 1910'. Scarce: no other copy found, either on OCLC WorldCat, or on COPAC.
