Hardcover. Zustand: Good. A bit of a mystery edition. Bound in full vellum. 2.5" x 4.5". Probably early to mid 1700s, but could be earlier - I can find no other copies that match this one. Faded handwritten title on the spine. Text block originally sewn on 2 straps, now attached to the binding only by kettle-stitches. No title page. First page is page 3, which is the first page of the play Andria. This edition contains all 6 of Terence's plays, in Latin. 215 pages + a Life of Terrence (also in Latin), 4 pages. And 2 page Loca Menand, which appears to be incomplete, as the last page has a printers clue to what should be another page. Endpapers present. Name "Breymann" written on the ffep. Another name "E.W. Kalisch" on the other side of the ffep. Please email with questions, or, for that matter, with answers if you know the date/publisher of this edition.
