The green boards are clean with some bumping to the edges, small rip to bottom of spine edge, with bright lettering to the spine an front cover. Lightly tanned and marked page edges, name label to inside front cover, message penciled to FFEP. The binding is firm. The pages are clean with some tanning around edges. This book has 275 pages. All in all a nice example of this book.
