Reproductions of fair-copy manuscripts of vocal scores with a 2 piano accompaniment. 1: Overture (2 copies in plain wrappers, 7pp); 2: 2 arias, a duet and "Steam Or…gan Music with Chorus" (1 copy ringbound, 62pp); 3: "Introduzione ed aria" & "Scena" (as 1, 22pp); 4: 2 choruses and "Final Duet" (as 2, 45pp). With the composer's stamps to the wrappers of 1 and 3, with some corrections in red ink. Fantasy Fair "A contemporary legend", originally in three acts, was unstaged, concert extracts only were performed in London in 1953 (Andrew Plant, musicweb-international). Some staining to edges, some fading to some wrappers, some wear to edges, some rusty staples, binders.
