Volume I: includes Government Gazette ( 29 March 1979) amendment - affixed to the frontispage. Previous ownership stamps and signature (on the first free page). The contents have wear, tanning (to the early p…ages), annotations throughout. The guttering along the title page is cracked, but the security of the book is unaffected. Evidence of use throughout. However, the pages are benign, clear, diligent, dutiful, certain. Volume II (pub 1901): includes a loose typed copy of an amendment (dated: 18th April 1946). As with Vol I and also the contents show evidence of age and use throughout. There speckles of foxing, marks from storage and handling, light user wear. The pages are tight, certain, clear, conscientious, competent. Vol III (pub 1902): pp71/72 has a closed tear. As with Vol II and also the pages are annotated and marked throughout.
