Strouse (1906-1993) was an advertising executive, one of America's foremost bibliophiles and an ardent Stevenson collectors. He founded the Silverado Museum, St. Helena, California, that houses one of the world's most distinguished collections of Stevensoniana. The booklet is staple-bound in the original white card covers with black titling and a portrait of R.L. Stevenson on the front cover. It is in very good condition with light shelf wear to the covers. The contents are secure and clean with no inscription.
